Why do your products only come in white?

White is our most popular option and the one we keep in stock. Our new product line, DuraStone, allows us to offer hundreds of colors. Please call for pricing.

What are the advantages of your product compared to tile, cultured marble or corian?

Duraflex products are lightweight, flexible, and completely non porous. Cultured marble has been known to “yellow” over time and can easily crack. The flexibility of our product accommodates the most difficult and unique shower layouts, without requiring multiple smaller panels (like cultured marble) to cover a large wall.

Tile can look great, but grout can quickly look ugly, smell, and it is very hard to clean! In order for grout to remain in decent condition it must be cleaned and sealed frequently (at least three times a year).

Our DuraStone panels look great, and have the realistic appearance of tile, or better yet appears to be full slabs of marble, granite, or travertine!  Our solid surface surrounds have far fewer seams, and best of all, they do not have grout! 

What if I make a mistake while installing a Duraflex Product?

We are aware that mistakes happen. Our goal is to help you create professional looking results. Please contact us about special ordering of replacement parts.

When will my product arrive?

Our order processing time is 1-2 days. Shipping is through FedEx and takes 3-5 days depending on your location. The tub kits ship through a freight company and usually requires 5-7 business days.

What if I change my mind after I placed an order?

Please refer to our return policy.

Will you ship to places other than the lower 48 states?

We are more than happy to ship our product to you for an additional cost. We have shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Most of our Canadian customers have shipped to someone in the United States, and then they have driven across the border to pick up the item in order to save on additional shipping costs.

Can I place the bathtub surround over tile?

We recommend placing our surround directly over drywall or hardibacker. Installation can be placed over tile, but will require special order parts. Problems can arise from this type of installation, which would void the warranty.

If I live in Utah, can I purchase it directly instead of through the website?

Do you offer sizes not listed on your website?

Our products are completely customizable to allow us to meet your needs. We offer custom showers and tub surrounds, but they are more difficult and expensive to ship. We also offer custom sizes on windowsills and washer/dryer pans. Please contact us regarding prices and available options.

Is your product available locally for me to purchase?

Our product is currently only available locally here in Utah. All other locations require shipping.

What if I have a window in my shower surround?

We are able to customize a window trim kit built to your specifications. Please call for pricing and availability.
